What’s Included

Each rack fits 30 items, including:

• 20 garments to hang in-store
• 10 additional pieces to restock as items sell
• 5 accessories such as Shoes, bags, sunglasses etc.

How It Works

Before your booking starts, submit a list of your items and prices. On day one, bring your items to the store and set up your rack. We’ll provide hangers and price tags for your items.

We merchandise, sell, and photograph your pieces. You can restock anytime during the first 7 days. If you want to boost sales, you can discount your rack at any time.

After 7 days in-store, any unsold items stay available online for another 7 days.

Important Details

• Fees: Weekly rack hire + 30% commission on sold items (calculated after GST).
• Payouts: Earnings are processed every Thursday, after your rental has concluded. Payouts can be made via bank transfer or store credit.
• Uncollected items will incur a $20/day storage fee.
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable—please choose your dates carefully.
• Authenticity matters – counterfeit items are strictly prohibited.
• Authentication may be required for certain items.
• We do not accept items from Shein, Kmart, The Warehouse, or underwear.
• Swimwear is only accepted if new with tags.

Can I add more items once my rack is set up?
Yes! You can restock throughout your first 7 days in-store.

Can I lower my prices if items aren’t selling?
Yes, you can discount your rack at any time.

What happens to my unsold items?
After 7 days in-store, your items stay available online-only for another 7 days. At the end of your rental, you must collect any remaining items.

How do I get paid?
Payouts are processed every Thursdayafter your rental period concludes, and earnings are sent via bank transfer or store credit.
